Led by ENT specialists from the Children's Hospital of Fudan University, the department serves children (0–18 years) with common ear, nose and throat conditions. It is equipped with a professional multi-function treatment console, an audiology room (pure-tone audiometry, tympanometry, stapedius reflex, brainstem auditory evoked potentials), a STORZ HD video endoscope system (video otoscopy, electronic nasopharyngoscopy, electronic laryngoscopy), a sleep-respiration monitor and low-temperature plasma radiofrequency ablation equipment.

Surgical care includes low-temperature plasma adenoidectomy and tonsillectomy, tympanostomy tube placement, frenuloplasty, and preauricular fistula removal, as well as various ENT endoscopic minimally invasive procedures.

The team includes Chief Physicians Wang Yunfeng and Chen Jie, and attending physicians Li Tao and Dai Weijun — providing skilled, child-centred ENT care supported by advanced equipment such as the Chammed ENT console, imported MADSEN audiometer, tympanometer and otoacoustic-emission tester, the ICS Chartr EP 200 auditory-evoked-potential system, and the STORZ ENT endoscope and minimally invasive surgical instruments.
